Belarusian National Team • World Championship Silver Medalist

Elena Tkachenko is not just a coach — she is a World Championship silver medalist who competed at the highest level of rhythmic gymnastics. Representing Belarus on the international stage, she amassed 10 medals across the World Championships, European Championships, and the World Games.

Starting gymnastics at age 8 in Sevastopol, Elena's talent quickly outgrew her surroundings. She was recruited to train under the legendary Irina Leparskaya, head coach of the Belarusian national team, where she rocketed from unknown to the No. 2 ranked gymnast in Belarus within a single year.

Her breakout 2001 season saw her win silver at the World Championships in Madrid and collect four bronze medals at the World Games in Akita, Japan — a remarkable achievement that cemented her place among the elite.

Now she channels that world-class experience into developing the next generation at Queens Gymnastics, bringing the same discipline, artistry, and passion that made her an international champion.
